Yeastar P560 Installation Guide

Key Features of Yeastar P560

  • Supports 1 Expansion Board (EX08 or EX30)
  • Allows up to 4 Telephony Modules
  • Accommodates 1 D30 Module
  • Optional telephony modules: S2, O2, B2, SO, GSM, 3G, 4G LTE

Pre-Installation Checklist

  • Ensure the module is clean and intact.
  • Prepare the necessary tools for installation.

Installation Process

Step 1: Preparing the Device

  • Loosen the screws at the bottom of the device.
  • Carefully remove the upper cover.

Step 2: Installing the Expansion Board

  • Push out the empty board from the inside.
  • Insert the Expansion Board (EX08 or EX30).
  • Secure the board by tightening the screws.

Step 3: Inserting Telephony Modules

  • For the EX08 Board, insert the Telephony Modules into the provided slots.
  • Note: Skip this for the EX30 Board.

Step 4: Installing SIM Cards (If Applicable)

  • For GSM/3G/4G LTE modules, insert the SIM card as instructed.
  • Note: Skip this if these modules are not included.

Step 5: Closing the Device

  • Replace the cover and secure it with screws.
  • For GSM/3G/4G LTE modules, attach the antenna to the socket.

Step 6: Installing DSP Module

  • Open the device cover and insert the DSP module (D30) at a tilt angle.
  • Press down and secure it with screws.

Desktop Installation

CAUTION: Ensure proper air circulation and stability.

  • Keep a 5~10cm gap around the device.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the device.
  • Attach the supplied rubber feet to the bottom corners.

Rack Installation

CAUTION: Use only the provided mounting kit.

  • Attach the brackets to the PBX.
  • Secure the PBX in the 19-inch rack using the rack’s mounting equipment.

Ground Connection

CAUTION: Proper grounding is crucial for safety and device protection.

  • Insert the screw stud into the Grounding port.
  • Connect an 18AWG grounding wire.
  • Secure the wire with the screw nut and attach it to the grounding terminal.
