The Yealink T21P is a SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP telephony Platforms. These SIP telephones will require provisioning. Your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you.
This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.

Great phones for the price. Have had quality in a small form factor. Perfect for entry level phones in most areas that only need the basics.

Quality product. I’ve only had a chance to play with Polycom phones, and this Yealink is just as good, if not better in terms of ease of configuration given the web manager. It also has great quality audio, and the speakerphone is *very* loud. So far so good. Its quite affordable
